ORDERS
To place an order simply navigate through our E-Store and find your desired item. Select your size ( if applicable ) and click on the "Add to Bag/Cart" tab on the product page. Review your items in our "Mini Cart" at the top of the page and "Proceed to Checkout". Input your Shipping and Billing Details and click "Place Order Now".
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account to view your recent orders and tracking information. You may also find the shipment tracking number within the confirmatory email you were sent.
In case of an error during order placement, including incorrect address details and/or sizing, raise a ticket on AIK’s Customer Hub.
Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. For further assistance you can contact Customer Service.
Once the order has been processed, AIK Atelier accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, we would advise in reaching out to the courier service once you have received your tracking information so they can accommodate you.
Please check your junk and spam folders, this is the most common reason for not receiving emails. We recommend adding our email address support@aik.store to your address book to ensure you receive all future correspondence from us. If you are still having troubles contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you.
ACCOUNT
Yes, we highly encourage you to create an account for ease when purchasing online.
Simply click "Create an Account" to enjoy a faster and secure checkout. Fill in the respective fields with your required details and continue to the Sign in page.
Click Forgot your Password? on the sign in page and enter your email address. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Log into your account and under the "My Account" tab update or edit all your previous Billing and Shipping details.
DELIVERIES
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will ensure to send your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
We're sorry to hear your order has arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
AIK Atelier offers Cash on Delivery services for customers placing an order within Pakistan. Upon receiving your order you can simply pay in cash to the delivery agent.
Prepaid options include VISA and MASTERCARD services that can be opted for International orders along with orders placed within Pakistan. Customers can now also pay via PAYFAST and choose to pay via any Wallet (Easypaisa or Jazz Cash) as well.
🚚 ORDERS AND SHIPPING
STITCHED ORDERS
Since Stitched orders are customized and minor changes are made to the sizes, 50% Advance payment has to be made for stitched orders. (Applicable to Local Orders)
Advance paid stitched orders cannot be cancelled if 7 working days have passed since they are already under process.
AIK Atelier offers professional alteration services to correct any sizing discrepancies. Upon receiving the returned order at our designated address, we will promptly proceed with the necessary alterations.
Customers are advised to transfer the 50% amount and send a screenshot to AIK's customer service number at +92321 5245245
We can then process the order.
Upon placing your order, you will receive email updates about your order status. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email address to your address book. Below are examples of emails you may receive:
Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.
Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that some or all of your items are shipped. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails, if items are shipped separately.
Order Cancellation. This email provides you with important details on what items have been cancelled off your order after following our Order Cancellation policy.
Returns Processed. This email confirms your returned item has been processed and refund issued after following our Return Policy. In case of a return please estimate a few days per your bank to see refund posted in your account.
Occasionally stock levels are not up to date on the Online Store, this means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare. If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by our customer service expert via email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a complete refund.
AIK ATELIER can cancel your order if an item is not available.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are delivered by Leopards Courier, Call Courier, Trax or Swyft Couriers. When placing your order kindly ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmatory email. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will ensure to send your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
Free shipping applies to all orders placed within Pakistan with a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days for Unstitched Orders and 15 - 18 Business Days for Stitched Orders. You will receive a verifying Text message and/or a confirmatory email will be sent from our team upon placing your order.
For International orders shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to prevent any delays. Please note, credit card processing can take up to three business days depending on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.The standard delivery time for International orders is 10 - 15 Working Days (Unstitched orders) and 22 -24 Working Days (Stitched Orders).
Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email. All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 09:00am to 06:00pm, or provide a business address.
📮 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, AIK requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
ONCE THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED AIK ATELIER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY TIME OR DELAYS CAUSED BY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE COURIER SERVICE. COURIER SERVICE IS A THIRD PARTY THAT DOES NOT OPERATE UNDER AIK ATELIER.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For International orders, AIK ATELIER is not liable to any duties or taxes issued by your government on arrival of our goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUNDS
AIK ATELIER, has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- AIK ATELIER, is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
- If during delivery, customs' duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
- Any declarations regarding faulty / damaged / missing items will be entertained by AIK ATELIER only in the next 48 hours following the customer receiving the parcel.
Order Cancellation:
- AIK ATELIER does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
- Customers paying via Credit Card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from AIK ATELIER within next 60 days.
- AIK ATELIER may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined.
- We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
In an infrequent case that a damaged or faulty item was delivered, you can request assistance by contacting our Customer Service team, who will arrange everything for you.

EXCHANGES
AIK ATELIER does not have any exchange or replace policy (For both local or international). We will only be able to accept exchanges pertaining to manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, and size errors. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 15 days of the original order date.
